Equipment protection is an equipment repair and replacement program offered to T-Mobile customers. Asurion Insurance Services, Inc.* is the agent and provides claims servicing under this program. Hartford Fire Insurance Company (or one of its insurance company affiliates) is the underwriter of this product.

Availability

Equipment Protection can be added to any T-Mobile plan for only $3.99 per month. This fee includes the cost of the insurance premium payable to Hartford Fire Insurance Company (or one of its insurance company affiliates) and administration fees payable to Asurion Insurance Services, Inc.* There is a $75.00 deductible for claims occurring within 60 days of enrollment, and a $35.00 deductible for claims occurring after 60 days of enrollment. You must sign up for equipment protection within seven days of new service activation.
