After you place your order - please follow steps below:
- Ship phone (include sim card and charger) via a trackable shipper such as UPS or FedEx to

- Purchase shippers insurance for your package from your shipper (UPS, FedEx)
- Pack the phone (include sim card) in accordance with your shipper's policy (UPS, FedEx) so that the phone is well protected.
- Mark the outside of the carton in bold writing Order#: xxxxxxxx; Att: Installation Dept.
Upon receipt of your phone we will install the software within 1-2 business days.
We will then ship phone back to you using the UPS shipping method that you choose during the checkout process.
