Mobile Keypad

Mobile Keypad is a software application designed to work with Mobile Speak and Mobile Magnifier. With Mobile Keypad, users can use the keyboard of their desktop computer to control the mobile phone. This is particularly useful for typing SMS messages, e-mails, etc. in a fast and more convenient way.

Mobile Keypad can be easily installed on the mobile phone and the desktop computer. In order to communicate with the device, Mobile Keypad uses a Bluetooth connection.

While the user is using his/her desktop computer keyboard to control the mobile phone, Mobile Speak keeps working, thus providing speech output as normal.

Mobile Keypad is composed of two modules. One of them is installed on your mobile phone, and the other one on your desktop computer. The usage of Mobile Keypad is very simple: anything that gets typed on the desktop window of Mobile Keypad is automatically sent to the mobile phone. You just need to make sure that the Mobile Keypad window is being displayed on the screen, and that it has the keyboard focus.

From your desktop computer you will be able to also have access to Mobile Speak's function keys, as well as the phone's special keys, such as the arrows, dial and hang up keys, menu key, etc.

Supported Phones

Installation Instructions
